Our foam cores are strengthened across the width with 20 gauge thick galvanized C-channels to prevent sagging or caving under heavy loads of snow.
Extended Perimeter Skirt
Designed to hold in heat, stop water evaporation, and protect the spa's acrylic edge. Standard measures 2-1/2", but we can customize!
Strong, Padded Handles
Comfortable to hold and easy to lift. Reinforced at key stress points so handles won't rip out.
High Density Tapered Foam Core
Facilitates water run-off and protects from rain damage. We make our cover with a high R-value for greater insulation. 4" x 2", 4" x 3" and 5" x 4" in 3 densities, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 lb.

Super-Thick Moisture Barrier
Cores are tightly wrapped with 4-mil thick polyethylene to lock out moisture. Extra wide 1/4" seams are heat-sealed to resist splitting.

Important! When you are filling in order form - Standard taper is 4" to 2", 2.0lbs. density with 2.5" skirt, and mesh underside. This is what we will make if specs are blank. We do offer a gray scrim backing at additional cost. Please ask for details. If you fill in "Spa Brand" and "Model Name" only, we will build to the specs in our database. If you provide measurements, we will use those measurements. Any specifics such as skirt and radius must be provided by you if you want other than the standard, or Spas Direct, Inc. will not be held responsible. We try to catch omissions, but it is not always possible.
NOTE: This is a custom order and once it is confirmed you may not cancel the order. Spa owner assumes all responsibility to provide us with true and accurate measurements.
